Restringing typically takes 24 to 48 hours. However, if you need it sooner, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
3. What types of strings do you use?
We use high-quality recycled strings as part of our commitment to sustainability. These strings are carefully selected and tested to ensure excellent performance and durability. We’re happy to recommend the best option based on your playing style and preferences.
4. Can you customise the string tension?
Yes, we can adjust the string tension to your preference. If you’re unsure, we can advise on a suitable tension for your skill level and play style.
5. Do you offer grip replacement services?
Absolutely. We can replace or upgrade your grip to ensure maximum comfort and performance.
6. Do you restring squash or badminton racquets as well?
No, we currently only restring tennis and squash racquets, but we’ll be offering badminton restringing services soon.
7. How do I know when my racquet needs restringing?
If your strings are fraying, losing tension, or you’re not getting the same power and control as before, it’s time to restring.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, and cash. Please contact us for bank details if needed.
9. Do you offer a same-day service?
